Idealist Ventures (IV) provides strategic professional support to nonprofits seeking operational excellence and mission advancement. Since 2022, IV has proudly partnered with the Young Presidents Organization, Southern 7 Chapter, on administration and bookkeeping services. Previously, IV worked with the Advisory Council for Georgia National Cemetery, leading fundraising efforts for the Veterans Tribute Tower campaign. In recognition of Founder Lauren Pastwik-Minter's project leadership and accomplishments, she was distinguished with Georgia Trend magazine's 40 Under 40 Award in 2019.

A lifelong learner with a passion for fiscal sustainability, Lauren is currently pursuing her Master’s in Professional Accountancy from the University of Georgia. She combines her growing financial expertise with more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit world. Lauren has served as Advancement Director for RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, where she led the marketing and development departments to a peak level of success. Her background also includes serving as Development Manager for the High Museum of Art, Director of Sales for the National Infantry Museum, Trustee for Girls Incorporated, and Auction Chair for Steeplechase at Callaway Gardens.

 

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Communications from Buffalo State University in 2005 and continues to bring a distinctive blend of creativity and credibility to the clients and communities she serves.
